For several years now, I have been photographing battle reenactments of the Seminole Indian Wars at The Battle of Okeechobee and The Big Cypress Shootout. This special gallery is dedicated to the men and women who devote their time and resources to honoring their ancestors who fought and did in defense of their ideals.
More than scenes of the battles themselves, the goal of this Signature Series Collection is to showcase outstanding portraits of the re-enactors themselves in one location so that they may easily view their best images and purchase them at discounted prices to show my appreciation for the history they teach, the lives they honor and the warmth with which they receive me in their Indian villages and soldier camps.
